The client & challenge

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) National Center for Primary Care led the National COVID-19 Resiliency Network (NCRN) — a national initiative funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health to mitigate misinformation, improve public health messaging, and connect disproportionately impacted populations to care.

To strengthen these nationwide efforts, MSM sought collaborative consulting support to clarify the network's value proposition and activate community partners at scale. The Advisors division of Ametra Labs joined the team to support these critical engagement and communication efforts.
